The Oxbo is 80 acres of wooded and open campsites located on the Chautauqua Gorge. Hiking trails wander through a plateau of woodland diversity. Wildlife is abundant so beware the bear behinds.

At the Oxbo you can spend time on: hiking, bike riding, visiting nearby wineries, and shopping at local craft markets; or spend time relaxing around your campfire.

We welcome group reservations or special events. Special pricing can be arranged.

Ariadne's Crown

Ariadne is known in Greek mythology as the daughter of King Minos. Ariadne helped the hero Theseus defeat the Minotaur and find his way out of the labyrinth. Later, the God Dionysus gave Princess Ariadne a Crown. When put into the heaven's, the crown became the constellation known as Corona Borealis. As we Celebrate mazes, labyrinths, and pathways, the Corona Borealis constellation rides high above us to witness our joy and spirit. Mark your calendar to join us for a great celebration!
